Phased modernization of existing elementary school
Modernization eight (8) buildings with a scope of works consisting of façade of new front elevations on all buildings, an extensive electrical upgrades, installation of a new HVAC system & casework. Additional scope was added to include the relocatable pads, a new firelane & service road within the original duration of the project without any time extension required.
