Project Description: New construction of a (1) story classroom building and new addition to the existing administration building. Work consisted of, 10 classrooms, 1 kitchen, (5) multi functional offices, new steel canopy lunch shelter, new restrooms, installation of new HVAC units, fire alarm, telephone systems, data systems, new casework, new doors/hardware, new paint, new flooring, new site concrete, ada ramps, new irrigation, and landscape.
