Project Description: New construction of a 2 story 23,880 square foot classroom building, consisting of, 8 Science Laboratories, 11 Classrooms, ADA restrooms, and elevator. Site work around new building involved the installation of new fire lane, ADA ramp and stairs, underground utilities, flatwork, new landscape and irrigation.

Modernization of Administration Building consisting of construction of new ADA ramps and hand rails, infill center atrium to allow the construction of new administration offices, new casework, ADA upgrades to restrooms, installation of new HVAC units, and upgrading the fire alarm, telephone, and data systems, new doors/hardware, paint and flooring.
