Project Description: This project will consist of all new vinyl wall covering, new carpet, new wood-stained student room doors and wall-sconce lighting in the corridors. Refinished closets and new windows will be added to the student rooms. A new heating control system will be installed throughout the building to provide improved air movement to each student room and lounge. Floor to ceiling windows will be installed in the floor lounges which will improve the lighting, and create dramatic views of the campus. Windows will be added to the student floor lounge walls that are adjacent to the elevator lobbies to add natural light to the elevator lobbies and student room corridors. Laundry rooms will have improved ventilation and all new fixtures, finishes and lighting will be installed in each bathroom. |
